Weekend Wisdom: Feeling guilty for taking care of yourself is not taking care of yourself.
Have you made a more/less list lately? They help me prioritize and reset with a new year, change in season or when I’m feeling a little off. Keep it simple and just write down your thoughts. MORE: reading, journaling, Substack, creativity just for the sake of being creative, phone in jail, being outside, getting in bed early, candle-lit mornings.
