Weekend Wisdom: Doing more things doesn’t make you a better person, it makes you a tired person.

Even though I’ve published three books, it’s still really exciting to see one of my books in an actual bookstore! And it’s even more satisfying to hear from people who have moved by the books in some way. Last week, someone commented on an Instagram post, “I’m listening to your book, Gentle. It’s incredible. I have to keep rewinding as I have so many wow moments. The first 11 minutes were mind blowing.” Your comments, emails and reviews mean so much. I love hearing about which Gentle practices make a difference in your life.
