I took a two week break from Instagram. I removed the app from my phone and mostly forgot about it. Like most things, thinking about doing it was much harder than actually doing it. Letting Instagram go made my life even lighter. It may not be the best business decision but it was the best heart decision.
I had planned on bringing the app back after my break but I’m not ready. I’m going to use Instagram on my laptop while I think about next best steps. If you’ve been having trouble thinking about letting something go, try a two week trial and see what happens.
