6 clutter prevention methods + why we need more boredom
Weekend Wisdom: If you need a good reason to declutter … when you own less, you clean less.
When an idea shows up in lots of different ways, it feels like a message from the universe. For me that message is … create space for more boredom. Message received. The space I need is more quiet time. Even though I have plenty of alone time, it’s often filled with podcasts, audiobooks, digital media and music. I love enjoying all of those things, but lately I’ve been enjoying them all the time. So now it’s quiet time … in the car, on a walk or at the gym and other places I usually tune in and tune out. Instead it’s just me and my thoughts, ideas and questions. So many questions!
