Weekend Wisdom: The next time things get hard or you don’t feel well, instead of pushing through try easing through instead.

I am happiest when I am wearing the same things and eating the same things. I just don’t care to make decisions about things I have to do all the time. Getting dressed and eating meals are two of those things. I’ll save my creativity and decision making for other things. If you are dealing with any “toomuchness” overwhelm in your life, consider the things you do all the time, over and over again until the end of time. Streamline them (even just temporarily) so you have more capacity.
